  • Co-Founder & Chief Consultant

    Todd Wilson brings over 30 years of HVAC and Mechanical Systems Engineering expertise to the team. Todd's journey began with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida, which laid the foundation for his extensive career.

    Over the years, he has honed his expertise in HVAC systems, plumbing infrastructure, and industrial consultancy, working with a diverse range of clients from residential buildings to large-scale commercial projects. His broad experience encompasses systems design, performance optimization, and troubleshooting complex mechanical issues, making him an invaluable asset to WI&C.

    In addition to his engineering and consulting prowess, Todd is passionate about innovation. This passion has recently culminated in the development of Conde-CLEAN™, a cutting-edge condensate line cleaning product. Designed to address common AC maintenance challenges, Conde-CLEAN™ reflects Todd’s dedication to creating practical, effective solutions that enhance various systems’ efficiency and performance.

    Todd is a member of the Florida Engineering Society and ASHRAE.

    Todd and Janet have several patents pending inventions which they are developing and marketing through Wilson Innovations & Consulting, LLC.

    Growing up the Clearwater area, Todd truly enjoys boating and water-related activities. In the spirit of always enhancing his knowledge, Todd recently passed the US Coast Guard's 100 Ton Master's Boat Captain's exam.

    Todd and Janet have three grown children and cherish the time spent with their family.

    Janet Wilson brings over 30 years of business and marketing expertise to the team. Janet’s journey began with earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Marketing from the University of South Florida. She has had great successes throughout her career with experience in Business Start-Ups, Operations and Administrative Management, Business Development, Business Consulting, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Sales Training. In addition to working within the MEP Engineering realm for nearly 20 years, she has also worked in the pharmaceutical and computer industries. 

    Janet believes that strong communication is the key to success in any endeavor and that lifelong, continuous learning is extremely important to effectively and efficiently adapt to rapidly changing business environments.

    Janet is QuickBooks certified, a Certified Financial Coach, a Notary Public, and is a Partner in a successful stock investment club which she founded over 25 years ago. Janet is a member of CREW Tampa Bay, serving as a member of their Executive Committee and as a chairperson on their Marketing, Communications & PR Committee.

    Janet and Todd have several patents-pending inventions which they are developing and marketing through Wilson Innovations & Consulting, LLC.
